Where StoryPicker has disclosed User's Personal Data to a third party, and the User has subsequently exercised any of their rights for erasure, rectification, blocking, StoryPicker will promptly notify the third party of the User's exercising of such rights.

In no case StoryPicker shall be liable for the failure of any third party to comply with such a request.

StoryPicker shall be exempt from this obligation, in case it is impossible or would require disproportionate effort.
